Purpose:
- Provide regular, factual updates on the market
- Engage with Group members on a weekly basis
- Encourage interactions among members through discussions
#USAPMFact is a hashtag, and a content category that I developed to give factual updates in the Facebook Community (Group) on a weekly basis. After a while managing this group, I found that members enjoy sharing, but they sometimes do not already have any specific topic to discuss. Factual updates are interesting, and short, hence do not take a lot of time to read.
My strategy was to look for facts that are not that commonly known by the audience so that it could create some buzz and encourage more interactions among them.
